UPDATE: I am very excited to say that Snitty has been rehomed. She has gone to an amazing home. She will retrained using Warwick Schillers method and will try her hoof at Working Equitation. The best bit is I will still get to see her.
Someone will be VERY lucky, this mare is sweet and stunning.
Snitzagirl raced with Rick Worthington which is where I met her. She was one of two exceptionsl mares I saw regularly. After Rick's death, she was moved to a stable in Darwin and I rehomed her from there in early March 2022. She found a great home back in NSW near Picton. She is bay, with a tiny white snip, rising 9 years old, is approximately 16.1hh and stunningly beautiful.
She has spent the last 18 months letting down and having a wonderful holiday. She has been ridden but not consistently and has proven to be a lovely ride. She was ridden on the roads in Darwin to get to the track and she can lunge. Snitzagirl was started at Danric so she has a solid foundation on which to build.
Whilst she was mostly transported to races in a truck, she has also been on an angle load float. She has not been off the property since she arrived at her new home. I am told she picked up the habit of windsucking in Darwin, which was a bit of a surprise as she never did that in Sydney. To the best of my knowledge, she has not had any major injuries and was retired sound. She would be suitable for pretty much any activity and feel like she would be a nice allrounder. She is a good doer and maintains her weight well she is currently in paddock condition. She is good to handle and for the farrier etc. She is good with other horses. We are trying to rehome her so she can have a special person in her life who will help her flourish in a new career.
